3 more hours and i will be booking in.. well book out was short. juz went to collect my new spex. Think i look more handsome wif my new spex. haha but at a price.. its realli expenive cost $260. anyway juz wanna blog abt my gf. think my gf is sooo cool.. haha she is one of the rare girls dat loves to play lan.. haha. heard of many stories from my friends that ever since they got attached, their gfs wun allow them to play lan haha (in their faces!) too bad for them. good for me. Realli enjoy playing maple story and warcraft 3. Did i ever mention she noes how to play cs too... haha. wonder whose gf can play cs beta dan mine!. lol

counting down and its 2 more days to commissioning.. i realised dat i have been mentioning alot abt commissioning ever since i started off this blog thingy and u noe wad.. i introed my best friend to this blog and he is typing his first entry now as i type.. haha. guess i can influence people easily.. anyway im booking in liao. gtg

3 moRe dAyz..........

as the song goes. Today is my book out day, doo dah doo dah. Its the day i have been waiting for! (of cos im looking forward to commissioning) Booking out something i treasure alot everyweek! Cos as u noe, delta is very efficient and booking outs are kinda sacred hahaz. sighz it has indeed been a long week for me. Thank God for Hari Raya to break the monotonous parade rehearsals! and gif me the opportunity to see Celeste haha.

Prior to our rehearsals which onli started in the afternoon, we had some IPPT challenge in the morning which started at 0630hrs! 15 Teams of 20 challenge one another to achieve the highest number of points through the pointing system given. It was quite tiring as u can imagine doing IPPT after numerous parade rehearsals. However the 2.4km run turns out to be quite relaxing cos of the cooling morning wind. After everything has ended, the winners were announced and my team came in second! haha, everyone in the team didnt expect that. It was back to reheasals after dat.

It was the 12th time we formed up at the FUP. Cant anyone imagine we actually went thru the full run down 12 times. its so tiring especially standing still for the Presidents inspection and the SOH presentation followed by the speech. My feet always felt numb during this period! The 12th full run down was commander's vetting and after the full run down, commander OCS commented that there was a significant improvement as compared to previous run downs. Somehow i predicted he was going to say that......

Everything ended fine with a book out without an area inspection or else we would haf booked out at 2359hrs.

This is my very first time im using a blog. Well, think its a better alternative to writing a diary. Mayb bcos im too lazy to write a diary haha. Well its my last week in OCS, will be commissioning as an officer on the 23rd of Jan. Really cant wait for dat day to come although im not really looking forward to my new posting - Infantry PC in 5SIR. Cant understand why im posted there when so many of my platoon mates went to 6SIR. Moreover my best friend is in 6SIR. Well, hopefully a miracle happens and something might juz change my posting at the last min.
Today was quite a tiring day. As usual, the day started off with the commissioning parade rehearsals. Frankly speaking, i think the parade would be very cool and my parents as well as my gf and charl will be quite impressed haha. Quite scared of the responsibility as an officer. After rehearsals, i attended an officership workshop. Well, i learnt something interesting today and that is to be SPIDERMAN! because my PC3 quoted: "With great power comes great responsibility". I guess dat works for an officer too. Also, i learnt the differences of an officer and a WOSE. cant realli say its a waste of time as i learnt quite alot from the workshop. The workshop lasted the whole afternoon and i was quite looking forward to happy hour.
Now, im spending my happy hour blogging away, it was quite disappointing as everyone had to pay $5 each and in return, we got cold simple finger food and tidbits with fruit punch. I realised most of our money went to the prizes for the games organised by the cadet mess committee which not many people participated in. Sigh. Waiting for OCS commander to leave so dat we can all leave, i guess this is a form of respect for him to leave first. cant wait to go back to my bunk. gtg now.

I cant believe im sitting beside frank the crybaby. haha The last few weeks in OCS has been quite boring so far because everyday there is coms parade rehearsals. Sigh its so tiring. I juz cant wait for the big day on Sunday. Well, things haven been that interesting. Going for more rehearsals later. at least 2 more full run downs. Cant wait to book out tommorrow. Realli looking forward to it. hahaz and i cant stand da hua keep making fun of my languagezzz. wadz wrong wifz dat manz.

Going to commission lor. Sigh going to 5 SIR as PC! Cant stand some people going there. dunno who to work wif these people when i already cant stand working wif them in OCS. My attitude in the army has changed drastically eva since 2 incidents.

1. When i got my posting to 5 SIR.
2. When a certain cadet got the wing best of delta wing. (i shall not mention names, its bad)

I realised that in the army, esp in delta, everything here is abt politics. Its not how hard u work or how garang u are nor how well u perform in ur tasks that makes you the best cadet. What i learnt is whoever carried the heaviest and biggest balls will be the winner at the end of the day.

i dunno how this hatred began but wad i noe is dat im not the onli one dat feels the same way so im not alone. muahahaz. be back later to continue blogging.
