Well, as usual i kena arrowed by my buddies to attend the WITs leadership course. Because someone pulled out of the course at the eleventh hour, Leonard told us dat there was 1 available slot for the course. Because it was WITs, it meant that in the future, when the Bn decides to come up wif a WITs project, i will be involved in it! WITs stands for Work Improvement Teams. Basically, the most basic idea of this WITs thingy is to improve things or services in camp and i must lead a team to present a project to CO or any higher authority for approval. Well, dat means more work to do apart from my own appointment, whatever that might be.
During the workshop, i met alot of new pple. I stuck wif the 5SIR PCs although i didnt noe them at all. But using my ever so sociable character, i made friends wif them and soon we started talking to each other. I found them to be a nice bunch of pple. Veri funny to mix wif. Quite sure there wasnt those kind of bad company so to speak. Throughout the course, i felt that the workshop was quite useful to me because some of the skills dat the facilitator taught, was life skills i could use next time. For example, to enhance my presentation in the future, Ms Grace Tan taught us several methods to do present my data collected like using the Prateo Diagram. Quite sure not many pple noe wad in the world is a Prateo Diagram haha. I was quite pissed wif some of the people there because they showed no respect to the facilitators. There she was training her best to impart wadever knowledge she had. The poor lady was having a severe cough and flu but yet she still endured to teach us and carried on wif the workshop.
YET..~!!
some people juz hack care and sleep openly, talk loudly during the lecture showing no respect at all. Thank God they were specialists, so i can understand. Not to be mean or anything to the WOSE pple but having come from SISPEC, i noe wad pple are like over there and im sorry, u guys give mi a veri bad impression of specialists!
